The Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. This 24-week, hands-on experience offers the opportunity to become part of a team, expand your skills, and actively participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations. Trainees will learn about our company, culture, and the transportation industry. The program also focuses on developing leadership skills to prepare individuals for management roles upon completion.
