Join Kona Medical Consulting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our TIBS for Kids program in Avenel and Orange, New Jersey.

Position Details

This is an exciting opportunity for licensed BCBAs. We provide center-based autism services, including OT, ST, and ABA. We seek driven clinicians passionate about helping children thrive. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, professional growth-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments using standardized tools

Develop individualized, research-based client programs

Monitor and update client progress and programs

Supervise ABA Therapists and oversee program implementation

Train and consult with caregivers and professionals

Ensure proper implementation of treatment protocols

Qualifications

Experience supervising ABA treatment for clients with ASD, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Knowledge of BACB standards, ethical service delivery, and supervision
Proficiency in assessments like FBA, FAST/MAS/FAI, VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS, and treatment planning
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to collaborate with OTs and STs for client-centered care

Compensation and Location

Starting rate: $70/hour. Clinic-only position with no travel required. Some hours may be available via telehealth. Clinics located in Avenel and Orange, NJ.
