Position DetailsShift Details
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Shift Differentials
- $0.75/hour for 2nd shift
- $0.50/hour for 3rd shift
- $1.00/hour for weekend shifts
Pay & Incentives
- Starting Pay: $22.15 – $24.21 per hour (plus shift differentials)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living while promoting resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
- Monitor and document vital signs, weights, intake, and output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care accurately per facility policies
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- Follow professional standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current Illinois CNA Certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication
- Moderate noise level in the work environment (Reasonable accommodations may be made)
