- RN Pay: $41.20 - $42.23/hour
- Shift Differentials: 2nd, 3rd & Weekend shifts
- $7,500 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus (paid out over 1 year)
- Pay based on RN licensure in the State of Illinois

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Supervise and direct nursing assistants and support staff
- Plan and coordinate shift activities and resident care
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
- Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Transcribe physician orders and administer medications...
- Monitor resident conditions and provide skilled nursing interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Promote a calm, respectful, and resident-centered environment
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Perform IV therapy and wound care as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current, unencumbered Illinois RN license
- CPR Certification required
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Ability to move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move at least 25 pounds
- Ability to manage mental and emotional demands of the role
- Ability to assist with resident evacuation during emergencies
