Welder

Overview

Welders are at the heart of our work in the sustainability field! If you are interested in gaining job knowledge and experience with modifications and repairs, this is the place for you!

Some of your responsibilities will include repairing racks and client products, inspecting and maintaining welding equipment, communicating with coworkers and supervisors to report/resolve issues, and using blueprints and computers to complete orders.

Skills that will make you successful:

• Proven knowledge and skill of welding techniques and safety
• Experience working with a team or across teams to complete tasks on time
• Experience with computers and blueprints
• Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions in English
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

Skills that will make you stand out:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or welding shop
• Experience working with supervisors to resolve issues and recommend improvements
• Eagerness to learn new welding techniques
• An excellent attendance history

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass forklift operation testing

Must be eligible to prove ability to work legally in the United States.
