• $25–$35 per hour
• Performance-based pay with opportunities for growth

We’re seeking enthusiastic, part-time Soccer Coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing our curriculum to life.

• Lead engaging classes at local schools, parks, and community centers
• Inspire kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer
• Serve as a role model by teaching both soccer skills and life lessons
• Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and positivity

Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)
• Clean driving record
• Neat appearance and courteous attitude
• Commitment to upholding Soccer Shots’ values and brand standards
• Previous experience working with children or coaching is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)

In-person role—no remote work

• Flexible scheduling with opportunities to coach mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
• Community-based: you’ll be out on the field, making a difference every day
