Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Pay: $55-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral instruction in-home.
• Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child 27s development.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in special education and ABA practices.

• Master 27s degree in Education or a related field.
• Certified Special Education Teacher.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience teaching individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proven experience in providing special education services.
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Previous experience delivering Parent Training (PCT).
• Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
