We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.

Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home.

• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Supervise staff and oversee medication administration in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
• Lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness

• Active LPN certification
• Staff supervisory experience and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living or nursing home setting
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus
• Caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors’ orders
• Excellent prioritizing, multi-tasking and independent working skills
