Fulton Commons is looking for a full-time Concierge!

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 11p-7p, Saturday 9a-5p

Position Overview

As the Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive service experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Your main responsibilities will be coordinating guest hospitality services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining a strong relationship with staff across all departments. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, communication, and teamwork, and will be committed to exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Services
  • Greet visitors and provide tours of the facility, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
  • Welcome new admissions with a personalized greeting and welcome bag. Ensure rooms are clean and ready for the new resident’s arrival.
  • Coordinate service-related activities to achieve customer satisfaction goals and minimize complaints.
  • Conduct rounds throughout the facility to engage with residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with care services.
  • Follow up with department directors on any concerns raised by residents, families, or visitors, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
Surveys & Feedback
  • Administer both 'Entry Surveys' and 'Exit Surveys' to residents to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all staff.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with a willingness to accept new challenges.
Work Schedule
  • Core Schedule
    :
    Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Weekend Requirement
    :
    Must work one weekend per month.
