Member Service Counselor Registry (57290)
AAA Northeast is looking for a Member Service Counselor – Registry to provide sales and service to members in membership, reservations, and other branch products both in-person and over the phone.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday, with at least two Saturdays a month from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services, and use this knowledge to promote memberships, auto-renewal, digital membership, credit card program, business line referrals and other initiatives.
- Deliver accurate and timely information to members regarding club products/services, maintain department standards, and support club partnerships (e.g., Registry Services, TSA).
- Provide registry and TSA services where applicable, processing confidential documents, entering data into systems, and ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
- Assist members with accommodations, routing, hotel and car reservations, and promote International/Inter American permits, passport photos, foreign currency, theme park tickets and other club products.
- Consistently meet or exceed member satisfaction scores and related position goals.
- Keep up-to-date on all promotions and initiatives, recognizing opportunities to improve branch performance.
- Act as liaison with other departments (Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, Member Relations) to coordinate information for member or department issues.
- Perform job duties according to department policies and procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Customer Service with a focus in Sales.
- Licenses &
Certifications:
Pass state specific and federal background checks, meet individual state requirements to perform registry & TSA services.
