We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team at our Niantic location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the balance between compliance, profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Present and sell finance and insurance products
• Secure competitive financing options for customers
• Maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations
• Structure deals in coordination with the sales desk
• Ensure accurate and timely contract funding
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Deliver transparent and customer-focused finance presentations

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and leadership teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
