Mechanical Supervisor

STEM Recruitment solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for their highly acclaimed client in the East Lothian area. The role involves the day to day management of the mechanical team, supporting their development and promoting best practices.

You will work on engineering projects, driving site improvements and supporting a fast and efficient maintenance service for the site.  You’ll have a keen eye on sustainability and performing all actions with a safety first approach.

The role involves being hands on Mechanically when required, while cascading your knowledge to the rest of the team and monitoring their work daily.
