Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns and completing required documentation;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Monitor assigned areas and building systems when available, report irregular conditions, and coordinate with property management and/or local responders as needed;
Assist with security-related access control, including checking credentials when required, directing visitors, and supporting move-in and delivery activity per site policy
