• Perform thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Utilize advanced quality management systems like ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to evaluate manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement.
• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis of complex components.
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results for continuous improvement efforts.
• Support calibration activities for precision measuring instruments to maintain measurement accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems that promote consistent product quality and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience working within manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (quality management) and CGMP (current good manufacturing practices).
• Hands-on experience operating inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures including conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing quality management systems.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to uphold high standards of product safety and quality.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills necessary for data collection and documentation.
