Family Nurse Practitioner

We are a private Pediatric Practice offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $3k-$5k (paid after 90 days) for a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) seeking growth and impact.

• Provide high-quality pediatric care for well-child and sick visits for patients aged birth to 21 years, initially seeing 2 patients/hour, ramping up to 3/hour.
• Support same-day urgent sick overflow and fill schedule gaps.
• Build and maintain an independent patient panel over time.
• Utilize AI-assisted voice charting and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in team huddles and coordinate care with staff to optimize clinic flow.
• Assist with after-hours phone calls and periodic weekend coverage.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.

• Master's degree and certification by an NP certifying body in Massachusetts.
• Active Massachusetts NP and DEA licenses with no restrictions.
• Clinical pediatric experience (rotations or employment).
• Full-time on-site availability, including some weekends and after-hours calls.
• Willingness to live within a 45-minute commute to East Longmeadow, MA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

$95,000-$110,000/year, with 401(k) matching, dental & health insurance, flexible schedule, and paid time off.
