The CSA Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for customer service standards, supervising retail banking staff, and overseeing branch operations and policies. The role serves as a resource for staff and customers.

• Maintain customer service standards and supervise retail banking staff.
• Implement, direct, and review policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform a variety of retail branch operations and activities.
• Serve as a resource for branch staff and customers.
• Present at work on a regular, consistent basis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of retail banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and verbal/written communication.
• Strong math abilities, computer literacy (Windows, spreadsheet, word processing).
• Team approach, ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.

• Hourly salary range: $22.00 – $27.00.
