Maintenance Artisan

Well established company based in East London who specialises in the development, leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate are looking for a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of all machinery.
• Preventative maintenance of all machinery.
• Diagnosing issues.
• Sourcing and assisting in procuring parts.
• Assemble and dissemble machinery.
• Minor Welding Works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification or Certifications in electrical and or pneumatic work, demonstrating competency for maintenance of Aluminium Machinery maintenance.
• Experience on working on Pneumatic and Electrical Manufacturing Machinery.
• Ideally Aluminium Manufacturing Machinery.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience or more in welding and wire.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance is crucial
