Read and interpret fabrication drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and work instructions.

Measure, mark, cut, and bend rebar or steel rods using hand tools, power tools, or bending machines.

Verify dimensions and angles to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Maintain proper identification, bundling, and labelling of cut and bent steel.

Operate machinery such as rebar cutters, bending machines, and shears safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks to ensure all pieces meet required tolerances.

Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or defects to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean and safe working area in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing fabricated materials for delivery or site use.
