Financial Accountability:

Provide market coverage and drive sales within the region.
Manage sales activities to meet qualitative and quantitative metrics established by the National Sales Manager.
Lead and develop credit champions and oversee the activities and outputs of Credit Champions.
Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
Recruit, train, and develop Credit Champions.
Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across regional activities.
Expand the active merchant base and sign up new merchants according to targets.
