Area Manager; Retail

AREA MANAGER (RETAIL) / EAST LONDON and SURROUNDS

This area comprises of 13 stores in East London and surrounding areas, and requires a Top-Notch Candidate that is able to communicate at all levels with store employees in various positions, as well as Top Management at Head Office. Must be willing to travel extensively.

• Matric (not negotiable)
• Code 08 Drivers license (not negotiable)
• Post Matric / formalized qualifications are advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Clothing or FMCG Retail operations environment as an Area Manager.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage staff and ensure maximum productivity
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
• Willingness to travel extensively
