Area Manager, Management Retail & Store Manager

Candidate will oversee all Mthatha and surrounding stores, namely:
Lusikisiki, Flag Staff, Bizana, Mount Frere, Matatiele, Bizana, Qumbu and 5 stores in Mthatha. The company currently has 85 stores and is increasing at

a rapid pace.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

Clothing retail experience is a requisite.

Reporting Structure:

• Area Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager

Qualification:

• Matric
• Post Matric qualification is advantageous

Job Purpose:

• The Area Manager is responsible for all operations in his/her business unit.

• The Area Manager assists the Operations Manager to make Careful considerations of all aspects in the business unit before making a business decision.

• The Area Manager is responsible (with the Operations Manager) for business unit goals, decisions, plans, implementation and evaluation of performance.

• Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed
