Purpose of the job:
To effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a Spekboom farm as well as planting and maintenance operations.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm management.

Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining farm machinery.

Proven experience in successfully managing teams and supervising farm workers.

Solid understanding of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.

Native-level or Fluent in Afrikaans.
