• Sociable, able to build trust and create meaningful connections with guests.

• Organized and meticulous, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to handle conflicts and take responsibility.

• Assist the Bar Manager in managing the service and overseeing the bar teams.
• Welcome, advise, and serve guests while ensuring a personalized experience.
• Supervise a team of 10 to 20 staff members, ensuring their motivation and efficiency.
• Organize bar events, managing guest flow for 600 to 1,000 customers.
• Contribute to managing the economic and qualitative performance of the bar.
• Drive additional sales and optimize the financial results of your department.
• Manage bar stock and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.
