Healthcare Service Consultant required for a reputable Financial advisory company based in East London , Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- Min NQF level 5 qualification
- RE5 Regulatory qualification
- CMS Accredited will be advantageous
- Out of Supervision will be advantageous
- Class of Business
- 3+ years RELEVANT work experience in medical aid industry
- Applicants who do not have strong knowledge and experience in respect of dealing with various medical aid companies will not be considered
- EXCELLENT interpersonal and administrative skills
- Ability to work in pressurised environment with difficult clients
- Must be willing, once declared competent by the company, to be registered as an authorised representative of the company in order to provide medical aid advice to clients
- Processing of new business and member plan changes and dealing with client queries, claims and other administrative matters
