Requirements:
- Must have completed tertiary qualification (minimum NQF7)
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role in the manufacturing environment
- 10 years working experience in automotive environment with sound technical knowledge of motor vehicle components and systems
- Experience with quality audits
- Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives
- IATF 16949
- Project management skills
- Strong reporting skills
