Exciting senior site manager opportunity in South London for a privately owned Tier 1 Main Contractor.

Working on Major Flagship Project
- Commercial new build Circa £250 Million. Being on the project from the start overseeing the infrastructure, and civil works.

• Delivering Projects from preconstruction to delivery
• Communication with main contractor & managing other sub-contractors
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring the team are meeting deadlines
• Maintaining budgets, tracking costs, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Proven experience working at Main Contractor as a Senior Site Manager on major civil engineering projects
• Experience on complex schemes such as data centres, infrastructure, highways, utilities, or large commercial developments
• Strong track record managing groundworks, RC structures, drainage, roads, and external works
• Run multiple projects from start to finish
• Civil Engineering Degree
