Junior Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our client. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with solid administrative experience who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations and assist the team with general administrative and financial duties.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proven experience with debtors and creditors processing
- Working knowledge of Pastel Evolution (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
- General office administration
- Debtors and creditors processing
- Filing, data capturing, and document control
- Assisting with correspondence and record keeping
- Answering telephone calls and managing email enquiries
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
