Position: Personal Assistant (Contract)

Personal Assistant required for a construction company based in East London

Maternity relief position (March – June 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and organization
