A property management firm is seeking a Property Accountant for a permanent role based in East London. The successful candidate will support the Senior Property Accountant in managing accounting records, prepare financial reports, and oversee bank reconciliations. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in service charge accounting and be on the path to a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or AAT.

Strong Excel skills and knowledge of property management software is advantageous.
