Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
Starting Wage: $16.00 - $18.00
WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support our home improvement segment. The role requires you to safely transport team members to and from inventory events, count inventory with precision, and uphold company values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Adhere to traffic laws and WISModelo driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners or other tools.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Represent WIS values in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months and have at least 3 years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and the ability to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability veze flexible schedules designated by the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings, late nights and occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently squat, kneel and crouch; use a ladder; and travel by car and occasionally by plane.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree required; experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver or Warehouse work preferred but not mandatory. No inventory experience needed – training provided.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay: eligibility for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
