Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Install, modify, and upgrade manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of machinery and instruments.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, including PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, confined space) and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication
• HVAC system maintenance and repair experience
• Forklift and/or aerial lift certification
