We are looking for a General Manager to join our team. Our GMs oversee all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.

The store operates on a one‑shift model, starting at 4 am for the first bake and opening. Throughout the day the GM ensures the store is audit ready, all catering/mobile/in‑store orders are executed, and customers enjoy an exceptional experience. GMs float in all positions during rushes, maintain break coverage, and generate good customer survey results. At closing, the GM takes the daily deposit to the bank and prepares the store for the next day.

• Open and close the store, including bake operations and daily deposit handling.
• Maintain audit readiness and inventory management.
• Execute catering, mobile, and in‑store orders.
• Provide first‑hand leadership during rush periods and throughout the day.
• Conduct staff scheduling, recruit quality team members, and develop internal talent.
• Manage P&L, food cost goals, and labor targets.

• 1‑3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands‑on operator who can motivate and inspire the team.
• Experience with P&L analysis and strategies to meet food cost goals and labor targets.
• Strong recruiting and internal development skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Competitive Pay – $60,000‑$63,000
• Quarterly bonus – Over 60% of GMs were bonused last year
