Advisa Care is seeking a Private Duty Clinical Supervisor to join our team in East Lansing, MI. Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License.

The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents.

Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in the field, the need for assistance with occasional Start of Cares, and visits, when needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done routinely by the Clinical Director.

• Case Opening Assessments
• Care Plans
• Medication set up and reconciliation
• Wound care visits
• Supervisory and nurse visits
• Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
• Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
• Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
