Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

• Plan, organize, and direct daily production operations to meet output targets.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production budgets and control expenditures effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage budgets, and achieve operational targets.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automation and new manufacturing technology implementation
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills for process optimization
