Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine specifications.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production requirements.
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks, including lifting and working in various positions.
- Experience with quality inspection of welds to meet specified standards.
- Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1) highly preferred.
- Experience with light fabrication, fitting, or assembly.
- Advanced blueprint and schematic interpretation skills.
- Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
- Basic quality inspection experience using measuring tools.
- Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) or exotic materials.
