• Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure project objectives and client needs are met
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams throughout various project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams as needed for each project
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, and confer with clients and property management on costs and impacts
• Adhere to corporate and client policies while maintaining high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees in a project management capacity
• Knowledge of government laws and regulations, including building codes and safety regulations
