Supply Chain Project

Experience interacting with Contract teams, Procurement, Operations teams

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Contractor to support a specialized compliance and data review initiative. This project-based role will focus on analyzing vendor activity, site documentation, and operational records to ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and support internal reporting requirements.

Renewables/Oil & Gas industry experience

• Review site sign-in sheets, daily logs, and other on-site documentation to determine:
• Vendors present on-site
• Individuals who performed work
• Timing and nature of activities, with a focus on repair-related work
• Investigate discrepancies or incomplete records through follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Utilize specialized tracking software to document and monitor vendor activity and related project data
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain required documentation and verify accuracy
• Identify gaps, risks, and potential compliance concerns and elevate for internal review
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, efficiencies, or areas requiring deeper investigation
• Prepare clear summaries of findings and present insights to internal teams
• Maintain regular communication with internal & external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Document processes and track key steps to help establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards and company policies
• Support additional project-related tasks as assigned
