Mortgage Closing Scheduler

First National Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Closing Scheduler will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the closing process for loans within specified timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to balance assignments among team members, and a commitment to staying up-to-date on compliance standards.

• Ensure timely scheduling of loans within specified timeline of receiving a clear-to-close status
• Utilize a monitoring dashboard to track and update the status of closing activities, providing real-time information to the team and management
• Distribute closing assignments among team members based on workload and expertise, ensuring an equitable distribution of tasks
• Regularly update and maintain contact information in loan files, ensuring accurate and current details for all relevant parties
• Compile and provide closing unit totals at the end of each day to management, summarizing completed tasks and identifying any outstanding issues
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, providing updates on loan status, changes in processes, and other relevant information
• Stay current on industry regulations and company policies by participating in assigned compliance training programs. Ensure that all closing activities adhere to regulatory standards

• Familiarity with mortgage compliance standards and a commitment to ongoing education
