• Starting wage of $19.13 per hour

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, in office

• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating through calls and other channels, using active listening, empathy and problem-solving to address customer needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate customer records by entering detailed notes and verifying information in the database system to ensure service quality and continuity
• Collaborate with operations teams to investigate and resolve service issues, utilizing all available resources before escalation and ensuring timely, effective solutions
• Demonstrate professionalism and positivity by staying motivated, knowledgeable and proactive in supporting both customers and fellow associates across the organization

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required
• Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills strongly preferred
• Bilingual experience is a plus Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
