As a commercial sales administrator, you’ll be the go‑to resource for our commercial sales team, providing exceptional administrative support, managing critical documents, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. - Create and manage sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Administer data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Receive and process commercial sales calls, quoting general pricing and assisting with complex service needs.
- Support the sales team with contract administration and document management.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow‑up.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a sales environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
- Reliable, team‑oriented self‑starter with a service mindset.
