Real Estate Paralegal Connecticut law firm seeks skilled and experienced Real Estate Paralegal for its well-established law firm. A positive attitude, strong computer skills, and at least 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal required. Real estate litigation experience a plus.

• Coordinate real estate closings.
• Meet critical deadlines related to real estate closings.
• Take initiative, manage and maintain residential and commercial real estate purchase and sale files.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
• Draft legal and closing documents, correspondence, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, vendors, title companies, and other parties via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

• Proven experience as a real estate paralegal or in a similar role within a law office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Works well under pressure and in a high paced environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
