The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) – North Region – is accepting applications for a full-time, first shift Developmental Services Transition Advisor in Individual and Family Support (Self-Determination/Advocacy) located in East Hartford.
This position provides consultation and assistance related to Self-Advocacy, Self-Determination, Self-Direction, Education, Value Based Decision Making, Employment, Person Centered Planning, Peer to Peer Supports, and Assistive Technology for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and legal guardians, and DDS Qualified Provider agencies.

First (1st) Shift - full time (37.5 hours/week) - SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm | Regular Days Off:
Saturday & Sunday
Must be flexible to meet the needs of the agency. Willingness to travel and transport individuals between multiple CT locations to groups, meetings, offices, presentations, and events.
