This exciting opportunity is to join the F135 Sustainment team focused on product readiness during rapid fleet growth, activation of multiple depot locations, and the 1st scheduled overhaul maintenance ramp up. The role will be responsible for leading Mini Module integration in the depot repair network to ensure program performance success.

• Provide module specific tactical oversight and management of all areas regarding network repair
• Prioritize assets critical to meeting fleet supportability requirements and metrics
• Allocate Mini Modules to Foreign Depots & coordinate shipments
• Initiate file order revisions to support allocations and coordinate with scheduling team to ensure inductions support allocations
• Provide program oversight/leadership of Mini Module Digital Tool development
• Calculate optimal Mini Module rotable pool size
• Daily MX Management Status Input/Review and weekly Mini Module Allocation Review

• Typically requires: A University Degree with 8 years of logistics, aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management experience or An advanced degree with 5 years of logistics, aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

• Technical and/or Logistics background
• Familiarity with the F135 Production/Depot level maintenance
• Proficient with Microsoft software programs/data bases/Project/Visio
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment, problem solving skills and experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
