This position, as F100/APU CFO, provides the opportunity to build and demonstrate leadership in a dynamic setting across multiple functional groups.

The role has P&L, Balance Sheet responsibility and exposure to Pratt & Whitney and Military Engines senior executives. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-starting, and focused on leading teams, improving accounting, reporting and financial processes, and growing the business.

• Partner with the F100/APU Program Executive Director and program leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and assess the impact of business decisions on financial results.
• Oversee and direct all financial activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash), including monthly actuals and forecast, R&O, Long Range Plan (LRP), and strategic financial analysis/reporting.
• Manage the financial aspects of proposals and negotiations for government and commercial customers, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
• Cultivate strong cross-functional collaboration with programs, operations, SIOP, FP&A, accounting, legal, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of leaders, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Ensure standard work is current and complete; drive process improvements to existing processes and optimize maturity to meet/exceed CORE expectations.
• Ensure internal controls are adequately functioning and that internal and external audits are fully supported.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a minimum of 12 years of applicable work experience; OR an advanced degree in accounting or finance and 10+ years of applicable work experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP, business warehouse and One Stream financial reporting.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in an “actual cost” environment.

This role is: Onsite — Employees working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers involved in engine development.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.
