The F135 Depot Scheduling, Integration & Execution Associate Director is a senior PMO leadership role accountable for global module induction planning integrity, annual production plan alignment, and execution coordination across the F135 depot network. This position oversees module flow from induction through Gate 4, ensuring priorities, material readiness, engineering support, and depot execution remain aligned to approved production objectives and fleet supportability requirements.

What You Will Do:
  • Be accountable for module induction planning and schedule integrity across the global depot repair process (Gates 0–4), ensuring alignment to the approved annual production plan and program targets.
  • Ensure module induction and production schedules are developed, maintained, and executed in alignment with fleet supportability requirements and approved priorities.
  • Ensure part allocation, engineering support, and repair prioritization decisions remain aligned to module priority and fleet need, escalating misalignment through appropriate governance forums when required.
  • Maintain enterprise‑level visibility into module pipeline health, including WIP risk, forecast‑to‑actual performance, and LIMFAC impacts, ensuring leadership has clear understanding of production risk and mitigation actions.
  • Ensure readiness and integration forums—including Depot Readiness Enhancement Program (DREP), Depot Working Groups (DWG), and Scheduled Overhaul Readiness reviews—operate effectively, with issues surfaced early, priorities aligned, and actions tracked to closure.
  • Ensure effective cross‑functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, sustainment operations, and depot leadership to support module throughput objectives.
  • Ensure development and execution of recovery plans and drive application of CORE principles to address short‑term work stoppages, longer‑term capacity constraints, and systemic variability impacting module production performance.
  • Lead and develop scheduling and integration managers, holding them accountable for disciplined execution, clear communication, and alignment to program objectives.

Travel Requirements: 10–25% depending on location.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, engineering, operations management, logistics, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management, depot operations, sustainment integration, or related program management roles.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, or depot integration within a complex aerospace or defense environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and operations organizations.
  • At least 8 years of strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting performance status, risks, and recovery plans to senior leadership.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Prior experience supporting F135 production or depot‑level maintenance.
  • Experience working with the F‑35 Joint Program…
