What You Will Do- Support IPT Leader on program planning, task tracking and reporting on ASE Technology Project schedule, budget, and status.
- Support the repair business units and/or engine centers in deployment of the technologies.
- Define and procure materials and other external resources to support tasks.
- Support the creation of business cases.
- Lead risk identification, validation planning, problem solving, and risk reduction efforts.
- Role would work on multiple funded Projects and in development of plans for future Projects.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality
- 8+ years of engineering experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree
- Demonstrated project management and planning skills
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 10% Travel
- Prior experience managing projects with measurable results, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated budget and schedule planning, as well as management experience.
- Microsoft Project and MS Excel proficiency.
- Familiar with TRL and MRL requirements.
- Adaptable, curious, and interested in learning.
- Experience with Risk Based Decision Making.
- Experience with advanced inspection or additive manufacturing.
- Experienced in various inspection techniques and with material testing.

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on‑site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
