We are seeking an F100 Forecast Deputy to join the F100 Fleet and Materials Integration Team.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting the F100 Fleet & Materials Integration Manager in the regular and ad-hoc forecasting changes and updates. This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all business functions including sustainment program management, material management, production, strategy, engine management, operations, SIOP, finance and more.

What You Will Do
  • Complete the requests, approvals and communication for the Cycle Forecast updates and ad-hoc forecast changes
  • Update Build of Materials (BOMs) for forecasting based on customer inputs, engineering changes, and supplier inputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and elevate as required to drive resolution of forecasting misalignments
  • Monitor and validate updates to ensure consistency and data integrity

    Executive report out of forecast changes
  • Monitor and ensure execution of the remaining L3 CAR action items
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
  • Master Data, MRP Scheduling, SAP experience, and Planning Knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Excel skills related to v-lookups, macros, Power Query, VBA, Access Databases, and SQL
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Qlik, Power

    BI, and/or any other visualization tool experience
  • SIOP, Planning, and Inventory experience
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Military Engines Programs
  • Forward thinking, strategic planning experience
