The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) - North Region is currently recruiting for a Secretary 2 position. This position will be located on-site at the Regional Director’s Office in East Hartford.

SCHEDULE
:
Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (Regular Days off: Saturday, Sunday); however, must be flexible to meet the needs of the agency.
NOTE

- Provide oversight and secretarial functioning for Private and Public division Nursing Department.
- Assist in the development and updating of policies and procedures.
- Disseminate policies and procedures to private and public agencies and other pertinent stakeholders.
- Provide oversight of scheduling meetings, reports, transcriptions, writing meeting minutes, filing systems and memorandums.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel to send correspondence, type reports, and compile information; create documents with links and images embedded.
- Monitor Private and Public Division mailboxes; update Health Services databases.
- Perform related duties as required.
