Marketing Graduate
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000
Location: East Grinstead (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a well-established company in East Grinstead to recruit a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and events, within a supportive and collaborative team.
This role is perfect for Marketing Graduates with 1 years of marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications
- Support planning and delivery of business events, conferences, and meetings
- Prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for stakeholders
- Liaise with suppliers and partners for smooth event and campaign delivery
- Support brand initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Maintain and analyse campaign and event data to improve outcomes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Some project experience or up to 1-2 years' marketing experience
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Confidence managing projects from start to finish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in communications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential
