We’re recruiting a Private Client Consultant to join a growing estate planning and financial services organisation. This role focuses on advising pre-qualified clients who have already accessed Will-writing services through an employee benefits platform — meaning no cold sales and no business development pressure.

The role You’ll advise clients on:

Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Estate planning and inheritance tax considerations
Drafting and amending Wills and LPAs within agreed SLAs
Preparing and submitting LPAs, including OPG registrations

You’ll manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and work closely with internal legal and operational teams.

About you:

Law graduate or Private Client professional with 2+ years’ experience
Background in Wills, Trusts, LPAs or Estate Planning
STEP or CILEX qualified (or actively working towards)
Comfortable in a client-facing, advisory environment

Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
